Our crossings are designed to permit continuous traffic through the intersection of two or more lines. We manufacture all our crossings under A.R.E.A. specification & design.

Manganese Steel Insert Frog Crossing

These crossings are design for high tonnage and high speed. They are most recommended when the angels are low providing a superior life-performance than Bolted Rail Crossings.

Solid Manganese Steel Crossings.

These crossings are used where traffic is heavy and intense. They can be made of Solid Manganese Frogs or Solid Manganese Castings.
Solid Manganese Frogs are used as complete structures ready for the attachment of the connecting rails. Frogs can be furnished as either solid manganese or solid manganese self-guarded. All castings can be explosion hardened upon request.
Solid Manganese Castings have proved highly satisfactory where congested traffic conditions prevail. Castings are reinforced with an integral base for their entire length to provide a large contact area and to minimize strain on other members. Castings can be explosion hardened upon request.

Bolted Rail Crossings (2 or 3 rails).

DAMY manufactures rail crossings for light and heavy duty. Our crossings are made with hardened rail or heattreated depending on your specific needs. Crossings can be configured in Rail Frog Crossing and Bolted Rail Crossings for low or high angle intersections. Thay can also be configured in 2 or 3 rail sections. Bolted Rail Crossings are recommended at locations where traffic and tonage are low.

Special Crossings

DAMY can manufacture crossings where railroad tracks intersects with port or mining rails. These crossings are manufactured under the client's specifications and can be furnished to be placed in yards over concrete or ties.
